Burn it to the grou……..oh wait. PLAN THE PARADE!

  2. AchtungKessel

Ornery Malkin is the best Malkin

  3. ottertits

Almost forgot how fun it is to watch a good third period, Lesssgooooo!

  4. tinygaynarcissist

Can every weekend be like this? 😭

  5. jallnock

Something different about this group this year. Great start to the season, minus 1 period. LGP!!!

  6. buzzer3932

Imagine if they scored that many goals every period.

  7. PhantomJB93

Is them actually playing Party on Fifth Ave after the win at the arena new? I know it’s been suggested on twitter forever (like the party hard goal song was once upon a time) but don’t remember them actually doing it before

  8. WhaleOfAShortStory

Malkin line rocking, Ned looks solid, 3rd period vibes are good (!?)

  9. dogeman87

Not to exaggerate, but I think Geno’s getting more points than McDavid this season

  10. RockyRacc00n

3rd period and the Pens: did we just become best friends?! YUP.

  11. BroShek

I feel like having Karlsson in the team is already letting Malkin & Sid feel like there’s less pressure on their shoulders, Geno especially

  12. JKray5_Reddit

Ned. That’s it. That’s the comment.

  13. xEuroclydonx

Ned played great. Hope the goaltending keeps looking good. I’ve also loved the way Reilly Smith has looked so far.

  14. Nousernameideas45

One of Letang and Karlsson was on the ice for 49:34 this game. That’s fucking absurd

  15. red_87

I don’t think Ned is going to steal us any this year but I don’t think he’s going to lose us any games either. Which is all you want your backup to be.

  16. talac_1

I like when we score more goals than our opponents.

  17. Cheeks_Klapanen

    * Nedeljkovic is gonna be just fine. It might actually sound crazy to say after one game, but I’m worried about him only being on a one year deal.

    * The points aren’t there for EK yet, but they will be. He’s everything you expected him to be so far.

    * For the love of god get someone in the bottom 6 that can generate some offense. Probably the only real weak spot in the team right now.

  18. CruzControls

God Geno looks fucking amazing through 3 games so far

  19. saltylems

Great win. Top six has been locked in. Still not confident in our bottom 6

  20. Select-Education-809

I want to know *who* said *what* to Malkin cuz the guy is totally possessed right now. What are they putting in his smelling salts?

  21. Slight-Possession879

This team ha potential to be really good

  22. robertobondar

After the Pens were snakebit in the first and sloppy af in the second, I had pretty much resigned myself to a loss. Ned was good, and I think our defence will eventually tighten up (because they’ve been awful handling the puck except for EK). Happy to win two in a row and have a few days off.

  23. phreakzilla85

24 blocked shots is good to see

  24. mclardass

Sprong.. Perron.. Petry.. Maata.. Holy hell, Wings are like the Caps now with so many former Pens.. Going to be fun, see yinz on Wednesday

  25. Malkin+Smith is the next Crosby+Guentzel

  26. Slooperman

Five Pens goals in the third period, just as we all predicted.

  27. Shrickery

Smith really gonna be a straight dawg ain’t he

  28. Welshgreen5792

Yeah, hard to hate the results of this game and the last. Just wish the bottom six had contributed on the score sheet. Looks like just Eller has posted a point through three games.

  29. take_tha_cannoli

i love you all for real

  30. jokoono4

Ned looks so calm in net. Such a refreshing change from DeSmith

  31. Catalansayshi

I remember people saying they shouldn’t resign Malkin. Casual 6 points in 2 games lol.

  32. soon_forget

The Pens basically have two 1st lines and two 4th lines. Hey, it might work if Malkin’s line keeps playing like this. I do think they need a 3rd line player who can actually score but we’ll see.

  33. Jeff_Banks_Monkey

The first game kind of made me concerned, but these last two games have been so much fun to watch this team

  34. crkscrew13

I don’t know what was said or what strategizing took place between periods 2 and 3 in the locker room.

But whatever it was, it fucking worked.

  35. bearreport57

Malkin looking like he’s turned the clock back a decade and is going to just savagely tear the league apart, I love it so much

  36. Ihaveaboot

Ned needs to make some saves with his eyebrows.

  37. enditallalready2

So THATS what it’s like to win a back to back

  38. awaythrow292

    Malkin #1 post game interview
