Great video Mark you make some good points. I been saying Knies needs no movie to the willy and jt line they both have looked great. First would you keep Minten what about getting Sam Benoit a chance your thoughts mark.

What I'd like to see happen after a sh!t show like the Leafs put on against a team that they should beat easily is.
Cancel practice for the next day and take the team to BMO field and make them run laps for an hour straight. You stop you're benched for the next game.
This game isn't about your 20 million dollar contract, it's about respecting the team, the city and the game itself. Let Matthew's spend a game sitting in the announcers booth explaining why he's not playing.
I dont think brodie has whats needed to be top line defenseman anymore.
Another part of their woes is the usage of mccabe. He is touted as being defensively responsible, but hes done alot of pinch and rush checks that have left klingberg to defend 2 on 1. Or they both move up and perry gets the breakaway.
Klingberg will pull himself out of poisition due to his offense and mccabe pulls himself out of position due to his defense. You cant have two players like that on the same line they need to be split.
Maybe do mccabe brodie and reilly klingberg, or klingberg gio.

They should've known this wouldnt work on there Defence, it didnt make sence and it still wont unfortunately. Klingberg isnt defencely responsible his numbers have proved it. Rielly is much better defensively then Klingberg and he needs a guy to be a solid Defensive partner as I've stated before, he needs a Seabrook, Scheen was that for him during the playoff run last season.
McCabe is a D-Man who can score every now and then and can be responsible defensively, Klingberg and him not a good pairing.
I hope when Timmins is healthy they use him in the top 4.
Trieliving is going to have make phonecalls and see if anyone is available like in there needs of tougher D-Men, A Top end 2 guy and a Top 4 guy. Its going to cost them someone better and a prospect or pick/picks depending who they may find and how desparate the other team is to move the player. Carolina is my first phone call as they have a tons of guys that could help this Leaf team in there needs at the back end. They we're trying to move a couple of D-Men or at least that was the talk. Then kick tires with teams and see who might be available and work at the cost of a potential trade.

LOL. typical leaf fan blaming Dmen for all goals. The first goal, while klingberg and mccabe are not really in the best position, is really the fault of the hapless Kampf, you can see it at the 2:27 mark he doesn't put the body on the puck carrier and finds himself all alone in the corner. this guy has to go. 4th line center? are you kidding me ? 2nd goal, d man pinches and marner covers at the point and for some reason tries to intercept the pass instead of just staying with the super slow perry. so this is the fault of Marner trying to stay offensive. Johson goal was PP, this could be a toss up. 1 lijegren and maccabe both taking puck carrier and 2 Knies not picking up streaking forward. this goal, maybe. Wait a minute Mathews Nylander has played great but Marner speed is not the same but the defenceman are not in postion quickly to pick up chicago forwards and all defenceman were not in postion properly to help out the goalie and need to push the players down in front of the net to nullify the oppostion from scoring and has to get those lazy penaltys out of there game espically slow speed at times from Bertuzzi whick his stick fowls is not good and destroys the momenten of the leafs play and Domi should be playing on the second line at times and Knies on the 1st line at times and Bertuzzi on the 3rd line to get his game Going because it looks like the leafs are not in shape
and the Knies line is finding the grind allready in the NHL and lacking speed and Bertuzzi is paid too much money for he is doing out there and the leafs players has too be put thru paces to get in shape and you can have all skill in the world but does not lead to sucess for the amount of goals they let in and you need for your defence on shutting down the forwards too go offside at the blue line and the wingers high on the blue line and they need to bring another defenceman to help out on there weak blueline in front
of a dead crowd in the lower section that has happen for years since they moved to the new arena Scotia Bank and Girodona has problems keeping up to pace on defence and McCabe is trying to do too much instead of playing his postion properly and have Minten should go back too Kamloop Blazers and bring up Homberg and trade Roberston and a 3rd round pick and a defenceman from the Marlies for a good solid defenceman to play his postion and Bogosian and his wife did not want to Toronto when he was on Waivers.
Tavaras is the Leafs only Qualified Star.
Mathews and Nylander showed Their Typical , Floating Around making the Rest of the Team to get Over Worked Playing Short Handed Every Shift that Mathews and Nylander are on.
Toronto's Coaching never gets the Blame They Deserve.
They haven't had a good Coach since Pat Burns that knows how to properly Coach an Ice Hockey Team.
I still can't figure Out what Toronto is doing on every Power Play.
A Power Play means 5 zones vs 4 zones so You can open the Defense for a shot at the Net.
