   A slow start that happened last year as well. I am going to be a bit more critical this year even though the Devils aren’t getting completely out matched since I have higher expectations with them this year. I’m hoping they can figure out with first and mostly second period slump as well as get better at power plays.

   I meant to post the Pain Meter last week but then my new car was ready to be picked up 30 min after I posted and completely forgot to put the link.

   Hopefully the Panthers gave them the wake up call they needed after coasting through pre-season. Cause once this team learns how to start playing in the first, it’s fucking over for the rest of the league.

   A reasonable assessment. The team looks a bit disjointed right now, but they can pull it together. Go Devils!
