It was a smart move on your part to get one while he’s still in the league. He won’t be for long. The kid is mediocre at best. You’d think he’s the second coming of Krečji the way this sub already talks about him.

Ballsy move. Rockin’ jersey, my man. My hat goes off to you. Poitras’ performance, initiative, work ethic and determination has been shockingly unexpected. He has real potential for a future 2C …maybe even a 1C. I believe we can have him for 8 more games without having to make a more permanent decision. Let’s see how he holds up against LA for example, but I’d also like to see him trade places with Coyle for a game or 2. In any case, the kid is quickly earning my respect and we should root for him to make it impossible for us to send him back the OHL.
