Why was that ref so far off the wall. He had no reason to be there. Deangelo could have avoided the collision, but that ref should have stayed out of the way of play better

Tony must be blind. The puck is on the wall and the ref is standing just away from the play, like he's supposed to. It's not like the ref moved. Dumb Tony just skated right into him.
