Remis playing the Hus role. Good job.
Thanks Remo and Connor.. that was a great post game WST show!
If a stick goes in the hands for any reason they'll either call it a hook or a slash, stick clearly hit Marchy in the hands therefore its a slashing penalty.
A lot of non calls both ways. Ive given up trying to figure out why they seem to miss obvious penalties and call the ticky tac ones…good game overall by LT…best VGK player tonight.
This is a troubling start for this team. Poor defense, injuries, lineup changes early in this season, empty seats.
It’s still early we have injuries it’s gonna be ok
Hey Remis! If they keep getting grade A scoring chances and not converting, they will need to shore up the defensive side of their game. Have to get the forwards to do this as the D are what they are.
I look at the positives here, and that is the Jets outshot Vegas 40 – 26, and that's usually
good enough to win with. The Jets right now are not getting good goaltending, with their
Goalies averaging around .850 % for save percentage. Another positive is that second line
is coming to life, and that's key for the Jets to win, to get Ehlers and Perfetti scoring. Also
the 3rd line played great, with Iaffalo getting 2 goals, so the guys they got from the LA
trade are looking very good, as well as Kupari. All in all I'm pretty happy with their play.
I did not like Appleton on the 1st line, as I think he should be on the 4th line, or with the
Moose. They need a big body on that 1st line that can dig out pucks off the boards and
feed Scheifele and Connor. I would go with Barron or Kupari on that 1st line, and we're good.
On the defence, I would play one of, or both Chisholm and Capo, as I think their both good
solid players. I'd take Stanley out, as his foot speed is slow, and he will get caught a lot.
If the Jets keep playing the way they are, and tighten up on the defence, and Helle steps
up for them and brings his SP % back up to about .920 %, like last year, we'll do great. The
other thing, is the Jets and their fans should not get down on themselves, as there's a
lot of positives I see. The season is just starting, and the Jets will do well.
One positive: attendance increased by 250 over the last game against the Kings.
