This is going to be a fun post to look back on when Quick finishes the season with a sub-.900 save percentage again – just like he had in 3(!!!) of his last 5 seasons, good god – and has cost the Rangers between 6-10 points in the standings. The guy has always had a great glove but otherwise even tonight it looked like he was fighting off every shot and was constantly in danger of being off his angles, especially on potential rebounds, of which very few luckily even reached a Seattle stick of because of NYR’s defensive zone coverage.
Great team win tonight though.
