As a bisexual hockey fan who’s been really disappointed in the NHL’s steps backwards these last few months, I really enjoyed this interview and hearing Makar’s thoughts. Seems like a good dude.

Can someone explain like I am 5 on why the NHL is so weird against pride stuff? Is that players are homophobic? I don’t get the controversy at all. It’s just tape for warm ups showing anyone can play hockey. Not even political at the slightest.
