That was a total bullshit call by the refs to disallow his goal…. The Bruins challenged pretty much when the refs were about to drop the puck on center and the offsides didn’t look conclusive enough to overturn… It just killed the momentum for the BHawks 😒
They are telling Bedard to shoot the puck more yet can't get the puck to him save their life. Can't shoot it if you don't have possession.

That is ridiculous that goal was called back. I guess when you play against the Bruisers the referee will always side with them. That is an unwritten rule. Well the coach should understand you cannot shot when you don’t have a good angle. Stop picking on Bedard! Talk about the rest of the team. Is a team sport not a ONE man show coach Richardson! Duh!
This Chicago team is worst then Connor’s WHL team. The guys from Regina Pats were better line mates for Bedard than these yahoos in Chicago! Bring on Tanner Howe, Svozil and Suzdalev!

Seriously give me a fucking break, like what else is he supposed to say? Like really who would be happy that they had a goal waved off? Hell I had a goal waved off in the final minutes of a game we were leading 8-4 in div 12 beer league and I wasn't happy. Find me one person at any level of hockey who will genuinely say "oh yeah I was just super happy they waved my goal off because I don't actually enjoy scoring and I'd rather my team lose the game so waving my goal off really helped keep our opponents in the game, I'm so greatful". Like give me a break with the clickbait, if you think that's a young kid showing frustration you need to leave your mom's basement more than once a century because god damn every beer league game I see men in their 50's get more pissed off that they got a penalty
Edit: and he quickly changed the radio station so clearly "Bedard was NOT happy". Truly an insane story very much deserving of a video from this stellar Youtuber

I've seen it so many times.. in major sports. 18 – 19 – 20 year olds with huge expectations & tons of pressure playing with mature.. adult men.. are more susceptible to injury because they don't have the dense physical development to withstand the physical punishment.

Bedard is better off staying out of the media spotlight. I'm a Hawks fan, and I'm concerned about how easy he is to knock off his feet and how starstruck he seems to be. If he wants to live up to the hype and be a great leader, perhaps he should find a way to win faceoffs at the NHL level instead of doing media interviews. I think the kid has a lot of work to do. So far, I'm not impressed. Hopefully, Chicago wins the top spot in the draft again this year. So far, Bedard has only proven to me that we need a kid who will put the work in to take the reign over the next generational talent, right out of the draft.
As a lifetime Hawks fan, I see Bedard as a flop so far. I don't pity him for the pressure on him. It's part of the bargain to be respected as a generational talent.
Bobby Orr did it; Wayne Gretzky did it; Lemieix did it; Jagr did it; Izerman did it too; Crosby and McKinnon are doing it still, among many other active players today who are too. Take your favorite pick. Bedard is a flop.
