  1. "We don’t have any words and we know you don’t want to hear them.

We understand your anger, your frustration, your sadness. Everything you’re feeling – we get it.

This isn’t the ending we imagined, and certainly not the one we wanted. Thank you for being there the entire way."

  2. I’m a huge lightning fan and man I hope it’s our year coming up I’m tired of this bs in the playoffs. Year after year just no finish

  3. Answer: "The Complete Idiot's Guide To Choking". Someone should let Jon Cooper read this so he can avoid the mistakes for a 3rd straight year.
(That was sarcasm, if you haven't guessed.)

  4. JT Miller will soon discover playing in Vancouver over the next few years was the best that happened to him. TB are chokers, regular season juggernauts and that's it, just like Calgary in the west.

  5. If they were to pull off the same playoff performance this coming year as last, major heads will roll. There will be plenty of motivation for that not to happen.

  6. I think they're going to use that disappointment from last season, and go on a tear once they get to the playoffs, assuming they make it. They might not win the President's trophy, but that's not the goal. The Cup is.

  7. Well they’ve won it before-but I just gotta say – I’ve been down here three years – and half the state (i.e. half the fan base) heads north about the time the playoffs start. Just sayin – if you think home ice or fan support (or white jerseys at home for that matter)….is a factor. Maybe they need to split the season with Montreal.(?).

  8. Tampa's built to fail in the playoffs and this window is closed as a tampa fan we're not winning a cup with this core

  9. Last time the Bolts were swept in the first round, to the Canadians, the next year they went to a game 6 of The Stanley Cup Finals. Let's see what they do this year.

  10. How they can get rid of that awful contract of McDonagh? They will need to sign Sergachev, Crelli and Joseph. Probably Cernak and Rutta if they want them. They did not signed Point yet. McDonagh hold them back, I cannot see another way bt trade him.
