I don’t know if Zaddy is making friends in the room being so open, but he is with the fans.
This team never does anything unexpected.
Backlund is the longest tenured, make him captain.
Conroy was assistant GM hire him as gm.
Huska was assistant coach hire him as coach.

That might be the worst game I’ve seen this team play in years. Like seriously, no effort, terrible turnovers that led to 2 goals, Huberdeau, Kadri, lindholm line was obsolete, terrible passing, couldn’t break into the zone, never pressured, and many more problems.
Huska needs to identify what’s going wrong and fix that shit

I mean I hate losing, but there’s something about losing to a backup goalie that just pisses me off like why tf can’t we beat a team when they handicap themselves like that. Also I knew the Kadri contract was a joke from the beginning I was so happy to finally be rid of the Lucic contract but at least he brought something to the table Kadri is utterly useless if he isn’t scoring

He’s right. I’ve been extremely fortunate in my life in that I’ve had the opportunity attend a shitload of Flames games – and that was one of the worst pieces of shit I’ve ever seen in person. There are no more excuses left. We can talk about rebuilds, but that shit ain’t happening. This team needs to give a better effort, come together as a group, and earn those paychecks. Or they’ll booed for years to come.
The Dome was frankly dead tonight. Worse than I’ve seen in years. This team needs to win back the good people of Calgary. And it starts with a respectable effort.
