How bad are the Oilers when the visiting team is putting in their backup goalie! As an Oilers fan this is brutal. Should have never resigned Ryan, McLeod or Janmark. Granted the stars are not doing anything either and this Connor Brown signing is looking horrible. The issue is GRIT. None of it whatsoever from what I can see.

As a Leafs fan, the Edmonton Oilers are my 2nd favourite Canadian team. Vancouver, Montreal, and Winnipeg, i dont like. Ottawa is Toronto's annoying brother, but they are another team to cheer for as an Ontarian. Calgary, i always forget to remember

It's funny because we don't even have the O zone spark. It's like the life has been sucked out of them. The fire just doesn't seem there. Even with McD in the line up, just sub par. The hype got blown up in their faces. Now it's time to get to work, plain and simple. Out work in the backend, out work everywhere.

It has and always will be the defence on this team. We have had some good goalies who have played great with other teams, then just get lit up cause the Oilers want to only play Offence and never Defence. Then the media and fan chase them out.
