  1. The Oilers got a huge win while the Flames continued to struggle generating offence. Some rosters have chemistry issues early on. The Leafs' 1st 4 games were a mixed bag, with a not-great 2-2-0-0 win-regulation loss-OT loss-shootout loss record. Since then the Leafs have gone on a 4-game point streak (3-0-1-0) while the Oilers hours ago got just their 2nd win since last preseason and the Flames lost their 5th straight game (with ALL such losses having come in regulation). There appears to be no clear path out of the mess in which the Flames find themselves.

  2. Two struggling teams played. Nobody wins. They both may still be struggling. Edmonton looked awful for half a period. A normal team would have tied it.

  3. Paying all thay money to sit in the cold and watch a game that's so far away ? P.T. Barnum was right

  4. Wrong….one goal on the pp and 1 goal even strength right after a powerplay for the flames

  5. Sorry, I only have basic cable so missed seeing the game last night. I’m sure it was great 👍 had to watch the NFL game instead.
