Fluke game. The Hawks won’t make the playoffs, but they aren’t that bad. Just took the Yotes lightly on a night when Soderblom, officiating, and luck were not on their side.

I’m an Arizona native and a Flames fan AND bought tickets for this game. It was funny being in the midst of all those Hawks fans and watch them get thrashed by an AHL team

Also soderblom had a bad night that continued to spiral. The coach should have called a timeout after goal 4 and made the switch to Mrazek. Instead he waited and the goals piled on. I think Hawks are bad, but i dont think they are as bad as the score showed tonight.
I remember I went to an arizona game against the hawks a few years ago. Even back then, it felt like a home game for the hawks. Kind of crazy. (and this was back at gila river, not the other arena)
