Usually I agree but not last nite they could have easily been up at end of first n going into 3rd they looked exhausted playing 2 men down tough break

Usually go to 10-15 games a year. Last night in the box…$40 parking (lot 1), $18 Vizzy's, $200 bottle of Gretzky's whiskey….all for brutal hockey. If they don't even the record tomorrow (or change the coaching staff), gonna waste my money elsewhere.

Well, just like DJ always says – some bad bounces, things didn't go our way tonight.
The kings are the real deal, they made the leafs look like an AHL team beating them in all aspects of the game the other night….so you shouldn't be too hard on yourself losing to this kings team.

The dump and chase days are done! Has aaaanybody told DJ Smith this!?! You have to be able to get in the zone and control the puck, and cycle the puck. the Sens are always in a rush for some reason. Terrible coaching? Absolutely.
…and this perfectly illustrates my greatest concern with the Sens right now. The rebuild was ended too soon. The prospect pool was entirely too depleted due to graduation and now we will likely see five prospects called up out of necessity for game 10. This team is not built for long playoff runs, there simply is not enough depth in the system. DJ just gave nearly 25m of ice to a guy that was recently on waivers…nobody wanted JBD, because he's not all that good, but now the team needs him to munch huge minutes. God help the team if anything happens to Hamonic while Zub is still out…there's nobody else to really stabilize the blueline.
Detroit easily handled Tampa with Johansson in net and Stamkos in the lineup. If Ottawa can't do the same, then they're surely done for the season.

I'll say it again, for the 1000th time. Things will change when DJ's system is GONE! Get this guy the fuck out of here. I honestly can't stand to see his face anymore. He got his 300 wins, now let him off the hook.
As a full cap team , our issues are either due to coaching or our players are not as good as what we thought or a little of both. I don't even want to think that our players are not as good as what we thought but that could be the case. And its not injuries because we loss 3 in a row with a complete roster. Every team has and will have injuries and besides our two top lines are intact. I think our issues are due to coaching, especially after watching LA's passing game. It was a thing of beauty to watch the puck movement with LA.
