To resolve the power play, I think we need to hire the lighting assistant power play coach.
About the broadcasting. In Finland I pay 30€ a month and I can watch all NHL games live or playback (bally, espn etc). There is also f1, football, skiing, etc. so isn't there any broadcaster who could provide all the games?

as far as Forsling and Montour, and this goes for other contracts as well, the one advantage we have is that Florida has no state income tax!!! so they may be willing to take a cut to stay in South Florida because if they were to go anywhere else that extra money may be used up in taxes – not to mention the location. Players want to be able to step outside the rink after practice in 80° weather with their shorts, flip-flops and sunglasses on. Also, the ownerships dedication to winning makes the Panthers an attractive destination for players. The salary cap is expected to increase anywhere from 4 to 6 million. All of these things are advantages that we have that other teams do not. This gives me hope we will be able to sign everyone at a reasonable price. Hockey players are very competitive, and they want to win.
we could've paid gudas – the issue wasn't money – it was term. Management felt that Gudas would regress, and that the life of the contract would not be worth what they were paying him. Zito is thinking 1 to 3 to 5 years ahead with these players and their contracts – he has to. That's why he has a huge team around him to help him make the best decision possible. He has a salary cap guru that crunches all the numbers, as well as a head analytics guy , who I think is Sonny Mehta.
PS: Don't take the "Vancouver is now a good team" bait – they will come back down to earth, just like the Red Wings have!!!
