Red Wings fan here, but wow, Carolina sure has a good playoff atmosphere when their team is in.
Was there for this game. Hard to believe it's been 3 years already. This was the first playoff game I ever got to be a part of and all I can remember is for the last 10 minutes or so of the game was the crowd just roaring so loud it was almost quiet. I don't even remember what was going on on the ice. I just remember those towels waving and I remember looking around and watching 18K Caniacs roaring their team to a victory. Such a special moment. Since then, I've been to another playoff game, game 5 against Nashville, but nothing will ever top that first one.
