Skinner took a faceoffs in the offensive zone and lost it resulting in a goal against
Laff's have problems right now. During the broadcast it was mentioned that 4 of their players (Marner, Matthews, Nylander and Tavares) make up something like 75% of their offense. Lock those guys down and the Laff's should be easy pickings for most teams. Question: At what point do people start talking about Krebs being close to a 1st Round bust? He's contributing nothing at this point.
The team looked good overall. Goaltending will make or break us this season. So many unknowns at that position still.
The Sabres are like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.
Nice to see some life in this team! I thought Tage and Tuch looked pretty good but Peterka and Greenaay really stood out for me.

Peterka couldve had a hat trick tonight if not for some good back checking by Nylander and a bad bounce! Greenway looked like a beast tonight, threw like 7 hits and had a key blocked shot in the 3rd period . I also HATE when Matthews scores against us! Dahlin shouldve been covering him on his second goal instead of looking at the puck!!

It's not often Matthews gets a hat trick and still lose. Crazy game where every time Toronto scores Buffalo would immediately answer. Great bounce back after the Philly game.

Cozens, if I'm not mistaken, usually defends Mathews, and has done well at times. Really tired of having to watch Tuch and Cozens fight NHL heavyweights. Neither one of those guys should be sending KA a Christmas present.
