Quenneville used almost the exact same System in Chicago to win his Cups as the Oilers are trying to use today, it is called an NHS-Adjusted-Hybrid. He could walk in not miss a beat and be an instant Playoff upgrade , I might throw the Farm down in Vegas if Joel showed up sooner than later.

I usually don’t comment but I’m gunna say ceci needs to go, the last year he hasn’t even close to second line D and send Holloway to Bakersfield, give another strong D from there a chance to impress, and I’d also be sending Campbell and skinner down each at different times for conditioning , I’d also say signing Bouchard to that 3.9-4 million deal was a terrible idea, if I was holland i would have said 2-3 years back to back of stellar play then you get that type of a deal, cause letting Kostin, bjugstad go to sign Bouchard has shot them in the foot pretty hard!!

Goaltending team d off the rush and pk is crap. Over 82 games the offense and pp will get back. But the goalies n pk and d off the rush it is pretty much below average. So not a cup caliber team. Too many low defensively iq players on the team.
Holland needs to address goaltending to cover for some of the poor iq defensive players reads or mistakes.
