He was in a great situation in Florida but chose to go elsewhere because of the $$.
And Kadri was in a great situation in Colorado and he was a big part that team winning the Stanley cup too and still chose to go elsewhere for the $$.
I'm sure whatever Florida or Colorado offered them was still a good enough deal but they still chose to go elsewhere.
I’m sorry but we need more from Jonathan hopefully they can workout a system that utilizes his skill set or else the flames are in trouble
He needs to reinvent himself self for the style of the west. The east is not as physical as the west. He is a brilliant thinker he can get out of this funk. Go huby go!
He could surprise us or fail again. He’s not playing well and it could be anything. I think he’s going to make waves in the next game.
Flame fans need to start setting their shrines and begin lighting candles lol
I do hope Huberdeau turns it around. At the end of the day, these are all real people with real lives, hopes, and dreams. It's not like he's out there to sabotage himself.
I really want him to start performing and doing well. I feel for the guy, I really do. He has to be just as baffled as we are wondering why he can’t produce. Unfortunately none of that matters in the grand scheme though. He has to get it together. Fingers crossed. Love the guy but not his game since he put on the red.
Even as an Oilers fan I wanted him to bounce back this year.
These videos are 10X watchable; keep on keep'n on Johny Hawkey! Seriously great takes and clip editing.
He’s missing Barkov
I drafted him in one of my Pools, conplete flop lol
Fucking boohoo
Johnny Hawkey ur videos never miss, keep up the great work 🔥🔥
I sincerely hope Huberdeau turns it around, because we are stuck with him and need a good top quality star player. Kadri is starting to heat up and things are looking decent, we just need Huberdeau to get there

I was at the game and no one in my section even noticed he wasnt playing – his impact is so low right now – that being said im the #1 Hubby defender, we need to positively reinforce him and im CONFIDENT hes finna bring it back
as a phily fan that relay helped tray and can help him to
He needs to learn to be more patient on the puck and move his feet. It doesn't help he doesn't have as much talent around him either. Lindholm isn't doing anything either.. I think the Flames need to make these trades with the UFA's sooner rather then later despite the past couple of wins. All of the pressure is on Huberdeau because of his contract but it isn't just on him. Flames play a much slower game then they do in Florida which can be a hard adjustment to make. Most of the time good players come here and look awful because of it.
As a Panthers fan, my best friend had season tickets so I got to go to a lot of Panthers games when Huberdeau was playing with us. He was a great player in regular season games but as soon as the Panthers went to the playoffs, he didn't do anything, he looked terrible. I legit feel bad for the guy but, he's making ten million dollars a year. He should be leading the team in points and proving himself worthy of a ten million dollar contract. If he's not going to play like a ten million dollar a year player should be playing, then I completely agree with the coaching decision to bench him and make a point to the team that we don't care who you are, if you're going to play like crap you're going to ride the bench. Maybe this coaching decision will help him get out of his own head and start playing better. We shall see.
A good player who had a Phenomenal year and fell back down to Earth. He probably never wanted to play in Calgary but they threw stupid $ at him. So you have a guy who''d rather be anywhere else with a bloated contract and about 1/2 the player you thought he was.
