@Canucks de Vancouver

    I do wonder how much of their play was affected by what seemingly looked like terrible ice conditions, but that goes both ways.

    I also didn’t think that was a good game too. Like shit I feel like any other team woulda dunked on us

    Was just about to post this.

    Shoot this stuff directly into my veins. For far too long, from the top down, the bar has been so low.

    “I mean we lost but did you see Petey’s goal? 😔”

    “Wow wouldnt it be cool if maybe we snuck into the playoffs as the second wildcard in the last game of the season? 🥺👉👈”

    Or the opposite…

    “Hey we got a new coach and won a few in a row after a bad start, maybe every problem was in our heads?”

    This new attitude is one of constant improvement. Of knowing you can lose and learn something. That you can win but not execute how you want. This is what keeps players coming to the rink and taking that extra step. Never too high or low.

    Excellence like this requires everyone from the players, captains, coaches and front office to buy in. I don’t know what flipped the switch for everyone but I’m am so jacked on this team. If we slump I know we will be fine, if we win I know we won’t get a big head about it.

    Just waiting to see how the team’s resolve holds when they hit a skid down the stretch. That’ll be a true test for us

    I love the accountability on this team. They are always pushing for better and trying to get better.

    I did not like their play immediately following the 2-0 goal for the next 2 periods, they stopped skating . a couple of decent shifts here and there but overall it was unacceptable. Tocc will right that ship before they play Toronto

    I love everything about this quote!

    Worst game I have seen the canucks play all year!

    Great fucking mentality to have

    The canucks played like shit and still comfortably put away the Sens… that’s what good teams do. Remember all the « the canucks were the better team but couldn’t get it done » games?? Now *we’re* that team. Wild.
