No wonder this guy gets results. He actually gives a shit.
What a class guy
This warms my heart to see after all the BS the sub gave him because they went with a retread. Perhaps this team after watching last two seasons needed a system and improve their D standing opponent at the blue. The offense hasn’t been as smooth but it’s early and shows signs that it can improve.
I love how people are bashing him for bumping Kakko to 3rd line and point to analytics. Did anyone ever think it was helping Cuylle out since Bonino is temporarily being used on 3rd line until Chytil comes back. Playing on a line with Bonino and Wheeler wasn’t doing him favors. Perhaps 5 years ago but not today.
Pretty sad this team could win the cup and the trolls will be upset Kakko didn’t get “top 6 mins” or if only they kept Kravstov the “best forechecker” and had great 5 on 5 stats but Panarin held him down….
