We’re going to lose and I get it. My problem with this team is just what your title refers to. No bite! Xhekaj was abusing the B’s every chance he had. ( a big guy 6-4 240 lbs) At least until Lucic returns. I thought Frederic would have an edge to him, haven’t seen it lately. We are winning, but as we get deeper into the season, without some grit, I see some problems.

Yes we need more firepower but why not give more pp time to Poitras and DeBrusk since our first unit is doing squat. Hopefully those two can get a goal and get them going.

I'd like to see the Lindholm- McAvoy pairing be tried again while Lohrei is here. I thought second pairing was pretty solid for the most part when it was Lohrei-Carlo. Usually I would say keep Lindholm there. But maybe a change sparks a little more offense from him also.
