I just requested a refund from apple since I paid through the App Store originally. It was granted. I wish there was another option for people living in stl to watch the blues without having to do a vpn etc…. I requested a call/text from ballys support line last week when the app wasn’t working and never heard back. That company physically makes my blood boil.

Anybody else’s stream go down shortly after the end of the second period? Texting customer support naturally yielded nothing of consequence.. if you try to call the hold times are an eternity

I haven’t been able to log-in in a few weeks for no reason. I know I’m putting the credentials in correctly but it keeps telling me Authentication Failed or some shit
