@Canucks de Vancouver

Plongeons-y ! 1. He has 1 goal 1 assist this season Berdard has 13 pts and a year younger All the first round picks from last year have scored way more pts. I don't think this guy is any more than 10- 15 goals per season if that, just doesn't seem to have the scoring touch.

  2. dont give up on Slaf ..i know he is not Bedard with his top minutes on top line and PP right from beginning of his nhl carrer .. he was 3rd star of the game so he did something right ..

  3. Offsides shouldn't be challengeable at all. If the linesmen miss it, then oh well, that's their legit only job

  4. Armia: (verb)To be effectively ineffectual. In this game we had Josh, Alex and others all Armian in their play. C'mon guys, to be in a state of Armia is to be sent away.

  5. Best game and STILL nothing to show for it, lacks skill and finish, same for Anderson, biggest disappointment this year

  6. If Dach was still in the lineup & we had another key forward I would send him down. That first play of the game is just indicative of how his season is going.I would send him down & have him work on his game. They did it with Cole earlier on in his career. He had better get going because we can’t afford to drop another first round pick for nothing.

  7. I hate these new lines. Caufield is struggling to score 5 on 5. Slafkovskys best game is also not a good one. Nothing looks good right now

  8. Caufield has been the guy offside on 3 goals that have been called back this season so far. He needs to stop that!

  9. I got hope that Slaf will become a bit like Lafreniere this year. Alexis wasn't producing often in his first 3 season. This year, he's already at 11pts (7 goals, 4 assists) in 14 games. Could take some time before it happens, and maybe a trip to Laval ( who could use his helps right now) wouldn't hurt.

  10. Slav looks too uncertain when he has the puck. He may have shot attempts, but they are not good quality. It's time to send him to Laval so he can score some goals and get more confidence. I have never seen anyone snakebit worse than Josh A. He's making good plays and not getting the points credit. The coaches know he's ready for a breakout.

  11. I don't have the same opinion as you have abou Slaf. He did not have a good game, he was horrible to watch all along. Everytime he touches the puck nothing happen and we lose the possesion, every single time. I hope he does like Lafrenière and break loose at some point and begin to play like a men because for now, he look like a teenager that didn't yet stop growing and cannot really manage is body. This been said, I am more then happy to see that Gallagher is back on track, he is awesome to watch play lately. it's crazy how putting 2 or 3 puck in the net can do to a player confidence.

  12. How soon can the Habs make some trades, first Allen, next Anderson, double next Dvorak…at the deadline, Savard, Pearson, Monahan. Should have a boatload of picks the next few years! …maybe a few prospects in there also. Hopefully Sam M has a new contract for 3-4 years….maybe this week.

  13. Saucy Carson. Lol. 😂

Just got a subscription from a Canucks fan for that chuckle. Cheers.

  14. Slaf continues to improve. He'll be ready in a couple years when its time. Negativity aint helping.

  15. Awesome game against the Bruins, then a loss to one of the most offensive teams in the league. You can hear all the ankles breaking as everyone jumps off the bandwagon…

  16. If our 1st overall draft pick's "best game" is picking up 0 points in a losing effort, then we're in trouble!! 😬

  17. Thanks to Junkie, I no longer need to watch the Sportsnet hightlights.

  18. He took some shots, didn't score and this might have been his best game? Just how low is the bar for this guy?

  19. Slavkovsky point production is low at the moment, but his defensive game doesn't get enough credit. He dies all the right things and creates chances for his teammates.

  20. Sooooo many goals called back and the boys don't recover??? Keep pluggin' away boys!! Go Habs Go

  21. He’s definitely improving, no doubt. He’s 19 and growing in confidence, he’s going to be a beast.

  22. it’s not that different from when he was playing with Anderson, and not that he’s bad but more because he kept feeding perfect passes to it’s teammates (Caufield and Dvorak) and they couldn’t burry them

give him time and he’ll be able to score them himself

  23. Slav will never perform in the NHL because he doesn't belong.
If ge was 6' 0" no one would know him.
Second point.. He's big and weak and gets man handled like a girl.
3rd… There are plenty if players in the AHL that deserve Slavs top line minutes.
It's a complete farce and a self fulfilling prophecy.
