    As an Avs fan I was very happy to see him produce finally and I have nothing but high hopes for the guy, but it took him a lot of games with us to finally score this goal. If he doesn't pick it up he's going to be sent below the top 6 that's just business, I'd hate to see it. Here's to hoping this goal sets him on track to some insane breakthrough season with mackinnon. Dude deserves it I've seen him working hard out there.

    As a Halifax native, it is definitely surreal. To have watched them go from playing for the Mooseheads, to scoring together at the highest level of hockey possible, it's been a treat for sure. Super nostalgic honestly.

    What? No, what's wrong with the Kraken? They've lost to Calgary, Edmonton, they're undefeated against the Sharks, because they have yet to play them.

    I was praising the hockey gods when that goal went in. In my opinion, of the two newcomers, Drouin has looked more engaged and dangerous than Tatar for pretty much the entire season. Although they both got on the scoresheet last night.
