    They have already wasted how many games that McDavid could have used to get healthy? They are at the point where they have screwed the pooch, if they pull him now forget it, and if they keep playing this way with him hurt forget it. Going to take a big move just for the sake of a move to maybe get them going. That said, Bob for McDavid straight up? 🤣

    Its a tight as a drum. The bottom 9 forwards are doing EXACTLY what the coach has told them to do. The lack of inspiration in a professional hockey player while waiting for the gold dust twins todo the marvelous. Sutter is EXACTLY that wrong coach for what ails Timetochange. management . If the president is out of ideas change the president. Holland should never have been allowed to overpay Campbell. We had just watched him completely fall apart in the leafs run to and into the playoffs. He gave Edmonton darlings overpriced contracts to Bouchard and McCloud. Both more ringette players than defense men. During the Heritage classic I watched Eckholm limp into the game. If it was the same injury as he had before being acquired from Nashville, again Holland is the responsible party.. The sparkplug player of last years playoffs, he allowed to go to Columbus. That guy loved playing in Edmonton and he was willing to drop the gloves or run over anyone messing with the talent. But the coach might not have liked his listening skills. Anyway just a thought, take it as you will.

    If I was the Oilers I'd fire woodcroft and higher Darryl Sutter. Edmonton is the closest to his home town and he turned around the kings back in 2012.

    Complete rebuild. Trade mcdavid and get something for him. He’s walking anyways. Same with draisytl he’s gone too. Fire the coaches all of them get a new manager. Get the owner to buy out all the contracts and start over

    Everyone so called hockey fan making video about Oilers sucking well yes they gave up few high scoring chances but if you watched the game they outplayed the canucks and sharks.

    Babcock is the only coach available who could turn this team around. But he's too hard on the grown men making millions of dollars to play a game

    You can't say its bad luck or a bad break at this point… you can't blame it on injuries… you can't say their roster isn't good enough to support the star players… you can't even say they had a tough schedule… they are just bad this season!!! It's actually insane to think they are where they are at right now… it's actually ridiculous they have the record they do… you would think blind luck would have won them 3 more games lol

    It may look bad now, but I expect that at some point it will turn around and they come on and do enough to just get into the playoffs; and then watch out.

    Flawed roster that was being masked in recent years by 2 top 5 players. You need to be like Vegas, 4 lines deep, 3 solid pairs.

    Hockey is a very strange and unpredicatable sport. It's easy to understand why hockey players are so superstitious because nothing else can explain it sometimes when everything is going wrong for a team. Draisaitl and McDavid are not getting goals/points is downright baffling…every bounce goes against them etc..

    You have to back only 6 years: going into 2017-18, the "experts" were picking the Oilers to make the conference finals, and some picked them to win it all. When they had Peter Chiarelli as GM and Todd McLellan as head coach, they thought they were guaranteeing themselves a Stanley Cup. Unlike this year, they opened with a 3-0 win over the Flames, with McDavid scoring a true hat trick, and then promptly tanked, becoming one of the most disappointing teams in sports history.

    Don't worry, it's all part of the Oilers faithful plan for McD and company to rule the hockey world forever. Right? I mean, that's all you Oilers fans have been shouting since you started getting yearly #1 draft picks. Well I told you back in 1988 when you traded Gretzky for a lousy $15 M and Jimmie fing Carson, that you will be forever cursed for breaking up a HOF team that could've won 10 or 12 cups. ( I know, you one 1 more, but that's to be expectedwhen you still have a team loaded with HOF talent). But the curse quickly ate you up and here you are. Own It Edmonton. It looks great on you.

    We were a great team last year but they got rid of players they considered mediocre and got new players that I wouldn’t let clean my Catbox 😢they’re the shit. I’d like to ask you Nick what would you do if you were in charge of are team? McDavid shouldn’t have been playing until healed. Draisetel isn’t playing well and last night when Oilers played Colorado Kane wasn’t his energetic self either HELP
