mats sundin played in the 1996 world cup semi final against canada, and with like 30 seconds left in the 3rd, he was walking someone, think it was messier, and messier flung his leg out. should have been a penalty for sure, sundin would have like a 2 on 1 scoring change. not happy with that.
the Patrick Kane to Toronto is absolutely silly. sure for 800k…. even then where would he play. so dumb
Sundin was all class. The abuse that guy took and he never blamed or complained. One of the best captains the leafs have ever had. All players could learn a lot from this man. One of my favorite all around players (fighting excluded of course ;-). Consider this: Gary Roberts said he was hands down one of the toughest guys he ever played with

Mats Sundin is the greatest Maple Leaf of all-time in my opinion. Such a leader. So many times he scored a goal or set one up to tie the game or win the game. Sundin was our Hero.
