1. Not sure if your list of Swedish Redwings included him, but Thommie Bergman , a defenseman, played in Detroit starting in 1972/73 season. He left to play in the WHA, but returned to play in parts of 3 seasons from 77-80…

  2. Just get rid of 3-3 and go back to a OT overtime period. Is that boring for you too? Rule changes should be more thought out…

  3. 3v3 hockey is not hockey. a shot clock is not hockey. "half court" ice is not hockey. Just do one 5v5 OT 20 minute period and then a shootout.

  4. If you want to kill an animal, how about going to Australia and jumping into a river with a crocodile and see how well you do.

  5. Hockey is supposed to be free-flowing, not allowing crossing of the red line is ridiculous and would take away from it.

  6. Just get rid of the extra point, you win or you lose. If a team knows they get nothing if they don't score, they'll push more.

  7. Good discussion about overtime. There’s definitely a problem. Crowds have had it with the way it works and have started booing. That’s probably not what the NHL is going for.
