  1. I dont even know what to say about this hockey club this year…. Disappointing to say the least… Faber and Rossi make me have hopes for the future of this club. Other than that, something has to change for Wild and quick if they want any real shot at the play offs. Thanks captain obvious… haha

  2. Again, no big save in OT from 29, Toronto gets the save. I know it’s nit picky and not the goalie’s fault, but it is the way it is right now, there is zero margin for error. Wild can’t score – agree with Evason – you need to bury the puck. Until 97/12 start producing, the Wild are average at best. PP / PK are killing this team. As other mount points, we’re happy with 1 point games. Hole is getting deeper quickly…

  3. I thought the Wild were pretty good defensively tonight…!? The problem is that the Leafs don't need many chances to bury it! They (arguably) have 4 of the best forwards in the world right now, and can score their way out of trouble, which is what they've been doing this entire season! Fluery didn't have a chance on the OT winner, the Matthews goal, now way he could see the Rielly goal…..maybe could have had the Knies goal, but I think we're splitting hairs on that…..I mean, cross seam pass for a low bullet…!?

The Leafs are a scoring juggernaut, that are weak defensively, the Wild played well enough to win against ANY other team.

As long as the chances to score are there, it's just a matter of time before they start going in..

  4. Those 1v1 misses are mental errors, guys not trusting their instincts. Let the puck go and make the guy save it.

  5. As a Wild fan, I believe they won't make the playoffs this year. They need a coaching change. They do not seem to be prepared game in, game out.

  6. The Wild deserved a better result as they were better for at least half the game & got some lucky bounces on their 3 goals. Sadly Toronto has an edge in talent & their goalie did what was needed to keep his team in the game. Toronto also hit 4 posts & 2 crossbars, with 2 posts & a crossbar hit by Tavares alone, so it could've been worse. A point's better than nothing.
