Good thing we fired the coach that had a winning record and just happened to have a team going through a slump, looks to have helped significantly.

    /s

(God sometimes it’s painful to be a fan of this team)

  2. stargill70

He did step on that stick which made him fall

  3. HkHockey29

that last slide caught me off guard while drinking milk

  4. Yeah man, what a scrub for not predicting that stick to randomly be there eh? hurrdurr oilers defense.

  5. stonktard_69

I’ve seen better defence in beer league from guys who worked a 12 hour day framing houses and drank a case of beer in warmies.

    An absolute comedy of errors

  6. carbonanotglue

I haven’t seen one thing that makes me think Broberg is an NHL player

The implosion is amazing, but even more amazing when you live in Edmonton and can ask the fans who cried “Stanley Cup or bust” what happened….? Lmao

  8. Pencil_of_Colour

Just release the whole D corps and bring up the AHL guys. Could help them be semi-competent next year.

  9. Mission_Count_5619

Their new coach looks like a low budget Dave Hakstol and they still suck.

  10. rollsoftape

Lmao good thing McDavid had them in town early before training camp.

  11. So Edmonton has to over pay for one of the goalies from the Habs right? Right?

  12. this_name_not_that

This video is a joke. Title says “Oilers defense tutorial” but there’s no defense in the video 🤷

  13. JuanMichelBasquiat

honestly not even that bad. dude slipped on a random stick going backwards (not his fault) so nurse had to deal with a 2 on 1 which he played fairly well. nothing much he could’ve done better on this play, just an unfortunate situation

  14. Squabbles123456789

All this happens because Kane decides to go 1 on 4 through the middle with the rest of the team watching.

  15. madworld2713

That’s unlucky, stepped on the stick.

  16. Capital_Disk_6342

At least Kane was putting in an effort. RNH was his usual pylon self – sticking to the middle of the ice and watching the game. And how many times per game does Nurse throw himself out of position? Way too many.
