The Bruins had it right with the Orr era sweaters from 67-68 to 73-74 and the bear on the shoulders version from 76-77 to 94-95. Both the home and road of each were perfect. It was so stupid to mess with either of them. The 95-96 to 06-07 sweaters like the Providence version you’re wearing were a terrible downgrade. The current sweaters are fine but they would be improved by bringing back the gold B on the black sweater.
The Reebok Premier version of the current home jersey is 40$ from fullmoon and the Adidas is 130$ from benhsports. My question is: Is the Adidas so much better than the Reebok version because on the pictures and videos they look almost exactly the same. Bruins are my favorite team and I would pay for Adidas but is it worth it? What you think?

Sponsorship on jerseys is awful. Here in Britain the teams look like they've been vandalized by hooligans with adverts on every spare area.
Another great video. I stumbled across the 2010 Winter Classic Jersey for $40 (Boxing Day Sale). It is too small in the sleeves for me but I couldn't pass it down as it is just such a beaut of a jersey (biased as a Bruin fan eh?)

You'd love a Providence Bruins game. I grew up in RI, been to plenty of games and there are always PLENTY of good fights anytime they played Portland Pirates (RIP), Springfield Indians/Falcons/T-Birds or Manchester Monarchs (RIP). Always a good time at the Dunk!

I have a KOHO “Pooh Bear” jersey. People seem to hate the jersey but I absolutely love it. I feel lucky to have an authentic one with the hefty construction, reinforced elbows and made in Canada.

I have been a diehard B’s fan my entire life, I grew up 8 miles from the Fleetcenter (now TD Garden) and I have never understood why they can’t make the bear look intimidating, they used to be called the big bad Bruins and yet the bears are always boring and the “Pooh bear” is the worst example of that. I’ve always wanted them to make it look like the one on Byron Dafoe’s mask! The would look AMAZING on a jersey. That said as I always say….GO B’s!!!
