I’m shocked. 😂
Please klingberg is the prime trade candidate and when that doesn't work he's off to robidas island. Trying to get rid of that contract and haven't been able to. Or you signed a guy who wasn't healthy and had historical medical problems like Matt Murray. Is there no due diligence being done before the Leafs sign free agents?
If the youngsters are actually good they have to get a chance in toronto. Toronto is desperate to get some talent in the lineup that makes the minimum salary. Anyone who is half decent should make the team.
Steeves has zero value as a trade piece until he makes it in Toronto. Hopefully he makes it in Toronto.
he was injured before signing.contract should be nulifyed
He’s contract should be nullified as he was injured when he signed.
Call him up
I don't trust Ryan reaves
So if klingberg is done for the season the leafs need to find a player that has a blueline shot that can play top minutes (any suggestion?) someone who can take Brodies spot in that top pair. Brodie can move down and play with tanev on the second line possibly and then Zadorov and McCabe on the 3rd pair. I love Gio but he needs to stay rested come playoff time and perhaps lilly can replace Brodie and Tanev from time to time to keep both those guys fresh for the playoffs. Essentially the leafs need to really get someone whom can play alongside Reilly as I just don't think Brodie is that guy. Nothing wrong with having some extra D come playoffs. I would also be looking to upgrade at goaltender if at all possible before the playoffs and preferably the leafs could pick someone up before the trade deadline? Woll still looking young and shaky and Sammy I'm still out on. Leafs figure out this blueline and goaltending situation and perhaps we can have a team that could make it to the 3rd round this year.
Also, I love Marner but perhaps he is to small for the playoffs should the leafs explore moving him as well?
