Lego, I love ya man but seriously; the Canucks outplayed the sharks for like 95% of that game. And then they got absolutely goalied and the refs were terrible. Stuff happens. You just gotta keeper goin’.
Pathetic I understand it was a back to back but they played San Jose. That’s ridiculous I thought they played good in some parts of the game but in the start of the third was so bad
People have been perpetually underestimating the Sharks because of a couple of horrible games they had. Now begins their road to vindication.
Tonight was troubling because the Canucks did a lot of Canuck things. Losing to a team they should beat, allowing a 1st career goal, letting in a goal less than a minute into a period, a guy dancing around the whole team and scoring.

The Canucks have shown what they are capable of when they play well and they've shown what they are capable of when they play like last year. The last 3 weeks has felt like last year's Canucks. If they don't get their game back soon they're going to completely squander their spectacular start and play themselves right out of a playoff spot.
The first 2 minutes of the 3rd period, they lost the game. They controlled much of the game, the first two sharks goals are not great but they can happen. PP keeps them in it. Clean up the start of the third and easily take that game to OT at least

The Canucks aren’t playing a full 60 minutes these past games, and that’s what’s hurting them tbh. DeSmith had another rough game too, allowing 4 goals on 22 shots. Pettersson on this slump he’s on is not helping either. Also if you can scratch Kuzmenko for 2 straight games, surely you can do the same with Myers. Losing to Sharks is a good wake up call for the Canucks. This team gets a much deserved 2 game break. Tocchet will get this team rolling again. No need to overreact.
When your top forwards aren't playing (Petey + Kuz) and you have an AHL goaltender, you will lose to the worst team in the history of NHL.
