  1. I like this team, but they have two 2nd line Cs in my opinion. Johansen and Turris are very, very good impactful players, however, the Preds lack a true star man in the middle. That's what can keep them from the Cup.

  2. It's going to be hard to duplicate 53 Wins. With Blues adding O'Reilly, Perron (again in a positive way), Bozak, Maroon, St. Louis should have something to say about Central Division & 1st Place hopefully!… LETS GO BLUES!

  3. They will fizzle out at the end again. Ellis will be traded in a few years. Remember when Seth Jones and Shea Weber were going to be their Savior on defense? yawn Forsberg will wish he had never been traded because he would have a ring. Bonino is realizing Crosby, Malkin and Kessel are at a different level than the Preds offense. The only thing that is guaranteed with this team is the toddler crowd chants will always be there.

  4. My prediction, sadly, is that we will lose in the second round in game 7 or lose in the Conference final. Hopefully I'm wrong and we win the Cup.

  5. Even the refs last year didn’t prevent the Jets from beating them. Should be an interesting season for them, but they really need to fix their playoff issues before anyone will take them as a serious contrnder

  6. Gonna be honest. I lost a ton of respect for Turris in the playoffs. He was great in the regular season and the he straight ghosted on us in the playoffs.

  7. As much as I’d like to say the preds didn’t crumble in the playoffs, they did. It seems when it comes to home games we struggle to show them what smashville is about! I hope we have a better season this time around.

  8. The Predators could have gotten a better center player if they had traded Seth Jones somewhere else or even waited a little bit. No hate on Ryan Johansen but he is not the playmaker they need as a number 1 center.

  9. This team is gonna be in TOP 10 of standings all year long especially with Turris having a year under his belt and will help take the pressure off Ryan Johansen ! Kevin Fiala will be a beast if healthy and possibly lead team scoring this year also the hometown discount from Ryan Ellis contract to keep core together really gonna help keeping the success moving along with Norris Trophy contenders Subban & Josi you can’t get a much better TOP 3 defencemen in the league ! Finally Pekka Rinne needs a capable back up like they had in Carter Hutton so he is able to remain healthy & rested to take his game to next level in playoffs with end result being Cup winners this year nothing less should be expected by #Predators fans ! Good luck !

  10. We haven’t lost any major talent and Tolvanen is coming in. Definitely going to be contenders for at least a few years
