  1. I will never question Gallagher's work ethic, but I can't help but feel like the playstyle he's been playing since he got in the league is catching up with him. He also seemed very out of breath after every shift so I don't know…

  2. Love the guy, no one can question his work ethic, but he just doesnt have the skill to put up the points, at least in my opinion

  3. He plays on the shutdown line that rarely EVER scores any points I’m not sure what you expect from him. If you want him to score take him off the Denault line.

  4. We may need more from him, but I'm not going to question his contributions, the dude had blood dripping down his face, which means he is giving his BLOOD, sweat and tears to this team.

Secondly, he is making 3.75M, he doesn't make 6.25M yet. That's next season! He has been playing this style almost his whole career, he isn't going to change now!

  5. Agreed. Regardless of how great Vasilevski may be, puck on net leads to rebounds leads to potential goals. I hope Gallagher tips home the game winner in game 5 tonight!

  6. Yet he is at 3.75M as of now. considering his injuries don’t stop him from bringing energy to group, calm to young teammates + hitting Ds and clogging superstars. I see him fill a contextual role that is paramount for this team. By contrast, Caufield had 2 points in G4 and was +- 0 against TB4th line.

    Love your vids btw.

  7. Gally is clearly not at 100%… his hand probably throbs but he fights through it… he’s a warrior but has had trouble receiving passes throughout our breakouts.. I always catch Gallagher juggling the puck or missing a pass lately.. as an nhl player he’s gotta help out more.. and again he barley has had any shots.. need better IQ plays

  8. What 6.5 MIL???? He needs to do much more! Honestly Gally-Denault line really is Line 3 or 4th. They don't score enough!!!!! If Gally get 6.5 MIL, then Suzuki is 10+ MIL.

  9. Unpopular opinion: Danault is very overrated. He hinders any potential for offense on whatever line he plays.

  10. I've deffinetly noticed that gallager is not at his best but I'm also noticing the same from toffoli

  11. Gallagher is on Danault line which spend most of his time shutting down opponent first line that are paid 2-3 times Danault line.

Danault can't do that alone, Gallagher supported him on that success.
