I am all for this. Hope Keefe gives this a fair run and not just a period and a half. Sometimes Marner and Matthews try and get too fancy together. Hoping Tavares and Bertuzzi simplifies Marner’s game a bit and hoping the added threat of Nylander can free up Matthews for more shots.

Unless either line produces in the first period he gonna switch them back isn’t he.
We’ve only been demanding this since year 1 when they changed Nylander/Marner.
I’d love to see a lineup that adjusts based on the depth of the opponent. Let Matthew’s, Marner, and Nylander run wild on lesser competition and break them up when teams have more depth and talent to match up.

I was just going to post about this yesterday. It’s past time to go back and try this again. I suspect we’ll see Auston start coming back. Marner? He could too. He’s been awful. Will be interesting to see what happens over the next few games. I just hope Keefe doesn’t keep juggling but sticks with it a while.
