Honestly, I've thought this for a long time, I just don't think BG has the communication skills to be a good GM. It's why he is on the verge of anger in a lot of the interviews he does. He gets frustrated that he can't get his point across. JMO, but I believe the wrong guy was fired. Deano will have great success, BG, not so much, unfortunately, for Wild fans. Example #1 of many, trading T'bot in anger for the first deal that came along. Good GM's don't do that type of thing.

I must say i liked what I saw and heard from Hynes. I was dubious initially but not anymore. I like his approach communicating with the players. It's just what we need. I think the guys will want to play for him and that's a huge part of the battle. It's easy to be a critic. So don't be. Get behind this guy.
