Kadri Huberdeau tandem winning us a game in overtime I wouldn’t believe it if I heard this at the beginning of the season but hell yeah I’m not complaining!
We might have a half way decent team boyz. Notice how we didn’t miss Zadorov at all? I think we could live without Lindholm too. Tanev and Hanifin is a different story. Both have been beasts.

All the Markstrom haters need to look at our other options. Guy saved us a few games earlier this season. He made some huge saves in this game. I’m completely satisfied with him as our #1.

Tonight is a good lesson in using the eye test on goalies. Markstrom’s save % is terrible tonight but he might have completely saved the game by robbing Duchene twice in the third. Timely saves baby.

Honestly, that was way harder than it needed to be. I think that the penalty shot call was a joke. The guy stopped trying on the play and tried to reverse check Tanev, failed, and ended up falling down.
I think that the called back goal was also a joke. The announcers pointed out that it hit him on the way down. And that nonsense at the end about going to Toronto. Jesus fucking Christ. It looked like they were pulling all kinds of shit out of a bag and throwing it against the wall tonight.
No team should have to fight against an opposing team, the refs and the league like that
