@Blackhawks de Chicago

C’est un excellent échange pour les Blackhawks de Chicago

Voici mon aperçu rapide de l’échange qui a envoyé Anthony Beauvillier de Vancouver à Chicago. 1. I don't understand the garland, hate. sure, he is having a down year, but he has been a solid 50-point career wise, and idk about you, but 4.9 sound pretty good for 50 points, that's market value IMO

  2. As a hawks fan, I am tired, praise be to our lord and savior, but I am tired after the last few days.

  3. Getting a draft pick, no salary retention and more importantly, not giving a sweetener to free up cap space is a win for Canucks. If we can trade Garland and do the same thing, that would be amazing to get that cap space to resign Pettersson.

  4. Things continue to improve for the Blackhawks. Getting rid of Corey Perry's garbage ass and now acquiring Anthony, that's pretty good.

  5. Islanders Fan, so said on this year Beauvillier is having a down season, when was his good season ? Great move by Vancouver loosen up 4M cap, he’s not missed much on Long Island

  6. Like the trade he is going to live up to his potential with the Hawks by having ice time and freedom to create offensively…I see a Debrincat and Roenick.2 starting to build.

  7. Great move for Van. Going to help re-sign Ethan Bear when he's ready to return and potentially look at signing someone like Kessel to a cheap contract as a good depth forward with loads of experience.

  8. He could be a nice fit with the Blackhawks. Quiet season for him so far but he'll have a better opportunity for some good minutes with Chicago. I liked him with the Canucks but they need to start making cap moves with Pettersson and Hronek's next contracts in mind.

  9. Huge W for my Canucks AND for the Hawks IMO. Nucks needed this cap space right now and getting it without having to give anything up is massive

  10. I don’t get it wasn’t Beauvillier the main piece they got back for Horvat? And now they just give him away for a 5th round pick? Seems odd but I don’t watch much Canucks games so what am I missing? Was he just bad?

  11. Getting a 5th round pick as return of a 4 mil camp dump is a great move. They had the chance to do that cuz Chicago needs someone to replace Perry and they took it. Good for both teams in the end

  12. If they can somehow get Linus Karlsson up and running then they won the Alex Burrows trade 100%.

    Seeing that the Canucks got him in the Jonathan Dahlen trade with SJ

  13. Garland is a monster and always a thorn in their side when he was in Arizona. Kessel is available to Vancouver….. I hope Canucks stay away from Calgary D men. Incompetent.

  14. As a Canucks fan (and interested in Bedard) I'm going to bet that Beauvillier really excels with the Hawks. He's talented, if a bit streaky, but needs higher line minutes to succeed. Being relegated to the 3rd and 4th line this year in Van, his current stats have suffered. So seems like a win for both teams.

  15. Garland is a spark plug for when things are getting down. Beauvillier always seems to be taking the low % shots at the net and I'm glad he's gone.

  16. Considering Vancouver didn't pay to gain this new found cap space, I don't think we can say Chicago took advantage of their cap situation
