1. His secret is that before he is a coach, he is a fan. Maurice has as much fun coaching pro's as I did coaching six year olds, and I have never heard him badmouth a player (but I wouldn't want to go one on one with him in his office)

  2. I have a favorite team, and my 2nd favorite is the team Paul Maurice coaches. Youngest coach to win stanley cup.

  3. Maurice comes on like he's a hockey intellectual when in truth his teams play dirty push the envelope hockey.

  4. Where are all the leaf fans who try and tell all of us how the league hates them and they get the worst end of officiating? Was McCauley reffing tonight?

  5. My favourite is when his tean got blown out in a preseason game and he was going on about it was such sn honour to be in the same building as them lol

  6. I don't like how he tries to subtly play mind games by suggesting he got bad calls or his team should have won because the other team obviously sucks but that's probably because he doesn't coach for my team. If he did I suspect I'd feel very different.

  7. Maurice is on top of the list. I would still put Gallant ahead of him, with a huge margin. Some fun player interviews include Jack Hughes, Patrik Laine since both players have a tendency to just send out what is bothering them 😀

  8. Bro said he’d never miss a Tkachuk bowl again but failed to cover the most insane game of the season with 10 ejections at the same time

  9. I've always liked Paul as a thoughtful, generally compleltely honest NHL head coach. His assessment after Florida upset Toronto in round 2 was quite accurate, when he said "we had no business winning 2 of those 5 games & frankly Bob stole them for us". Spot-on & Bob went on to steal all 4 Carolina games where he was even better as Florida was outplayed in all of them. You don't have to apologize for your goalie being out of his mind good.

  10. Paul. Maurice was pretty funny after all the players got thrown out against the senators. When they had that big fight the game before they played Toronto.

  11. Was I wrong to think I'd be subject to Paul Maurice entertaining us by watching this video? I guess so.

  12. I'm a Jets fan and PoMo is still my favorite coach just because of this XDD

  13. Pat Burns! Miss that guy.
    Puck must move forward only.
Rodriguez shot the puck moved backwards (rebound movement) which means plat was dead.
    End of story.
He only knows how to win when he can get away with cheating.
