  1. oilers aren't trying to trade campbell lol. they meed him to get his game back before they can even think about trading him.

  2. Would Columbus’ goaltending be ok if they lost one of their two mediocre goalies? What if the remaining one hit a bad patch? Campbell wouldn’t help….

  3. They should try and unload Campbell,Broberg and picks prospects for someone better than the Columbus goalies but if they could land say Laine,Roslovic and Severson then I would be fine with Elvis in the trade as long as it’s not Gudbranson. I don’t have any hope of Holland actually winning a trade so I’m not expecting much.

  4. Cambell has always been streaky, maybe he pops up enough to have some value, but how much salary do you need to retain, or picks and prospects do you need to unload, just to dump that contract. How do you want that contract to haunt you in the future?

  5. The Oilers aren't the only team watching the Jackets. While Edmonton has watched Columbus's last 5 games, Vegas had 2 scouts there tonight. All told, 11 professional scouts were watching the Blue Jackets tonight. Roslovic is out with a broken ankle, not due back until Christmas. Kuraly is a Columbus native. Hard for me to believe they'd move him. Jenner , Kuraly, Gudbranson, Laine, Werenski and Gaudreau all have no movement clauses in their contracts.

  6. It’s not going to be anything earth shattering. If anything it will be Campbell for sure and possibly McLeod, Erne or Foegele. I like Foegele so I hope he just stays.
