  1. I'm a Rangers fan and I think no matter how much fire power there is up front, the defense is very questionable. Are we really going to bank on these young defensemen to produce and not make a lot of mistakes, so soon in their career?

  2. I think they will be a bubble team but out. But look out in two years this team could be something special then.

  3. I had fun last season because I didn’t expect much and was shocked we really could of been contenders with all the 1 point games

  4. Too many question marks for the Rangers ( 2 many new guys who never played NHL). There is always 1 or 2 who will not meet expectations. Funny thing about playing at MSG…. you can never predict performance and choking ( look at Fleury, Zherdev, Redden, Shattenkirk, Smith…Gaborik) NY was a graveyard for them.

  5. You guys thinking that the playoffs weren’t a team for the playoffs the season haven’t even started and your doubting the red white and blue team wow

  6. Dose anyone think they should trade for a new goaltender? I do. They need someone a lot younger. Luvquist will most likely retire within the next 7-10 years

  7. LGR!!! Panarin,Kakko,Mika Zibanejad,ANDBUCHNEVICH WERE GONNA WIN THE CUP IM PREDICTING IT! 4 DAYS DEVILS YOU GET YOUR BUTTS READY!

  8. This is the most talented young Ranger team that I've ever seen, skill level is off the charts!
Can they defend? We'll see LGR!!!

  9. Yes, Shattenkirk's buyout cap hit for next season jumps about $4.6M … but Girardi's goes down $2.5M and Spooner's disappears 300k — add to that the fact that the Rangers will not pay Namestnikov $4M again unless he somehow discovers a miraculous offensive touch (not happening) and they have two expiring contracts in Strome $3.1M and Fast (almost $2M) — maybe 2 out of the 3 get signed to team friendly deals, but I doubt it. Also Staal and Smith will just have 1 year left on their contracts, a buyout of either becomes much more palatable.
