Play it was a nail-biter I'm sure glad the Canucks one how are you doing talk to you on Sunday or Saturday
Tell me what you liked, what you didn’t like, and other thing.
C l a y why is it everybody is so negative on the Vancouver Canucks it is so nice to see a positive person that's why I love your stream you are a great person and I thank you for your friendship
I feel Connor Garland is the team's weakest player literally. Too small and soft. He cost the team last week vs. Avs
Zadorov will flourishing under the coaching staff, and Hronek is going super Saiyan.
The one thing I liked I'm glad that the Canucks won the game I did not like was all the turnovers and the two goals that Calgary got on open Nets one other thing I sure hope the players get better soon and that are defense will get a lot stronger
Clay Petey actually got credited with the goal so he had 2 points solid performance
Your audio volume was very quiet today FYI. Keep up the great work Clay
I liked Hughes’ goal, didn’t like the PP late in the first or early second? Can’t remember the time. One other thing; Calgary went for a lot of back door passes on Demko
Nice Win Big Z With His First Point With The Canucks
Clayyy I instantly thought of you when it was 4-2 haha sucks it got stolen away in the last minute
*Elias Pettersson with the GWG, his 10th, assists by Zadorov, Myers
Zadorov goal changed to Petey.
I agree with you on special teams. Calgary's power play came in at 8 percent but still got 2 off our penalty kill and Vancouver has been shut out on the pp a few games in a row now except for one against San Jose. With good special teams this game isn't close.
Clay I agree with you on the Boeser-Miller-Kuzmenko line in the defensive zone at times, however I felt Kuzi was much more aggressive in the offensive zone on that line. Looking at the Canucks first goal that was Kuzi going in the corner and getting that puck out to Hronek that lead to the goal. I think they leave Kuzi on that line. Just my 2 cents.
Happy they won.
Demko looked hurt.
Staying down way too long many times.
If the Canucks appreciate their goalie they better learn to protect him. He got run over three times but no consequences.
The Flames give them no respect at all on the power play. Better learn to move the puck faster when they're right in your face all night.
Petey did score on the Zadorov empty net attempt! YAY.
Big Z is a pylon .
This is a team that can go to the dance. Lots if fine tuning needed. Learning to play different styles. Gonchar coaching will be huge.
i could only watch half the game,,, darn truck parade here in victoria delayed me in getting home ,,, hehe just wondering why both karlsson and oman playing more minutes than hoglander… i dont get it……
3-2? The game I watched Dec. 2, 23, Canucks bear Flames 4-3
.how swede it is to beat the Flames…..🫶
This recent iteration of the team is a real improvement and much welcomed.
I give credit to ownership, Rutherford, Patrik Allvin, and especially Rick Tocchet.
Now, none of this credit dismisses the fact that the Canucks have an array of
talent on the ice. Between management, coaching and on-ice talent we have
a team that is fun to watch and always makes me anticipate the next game.
I've been a Canucks fan since the early 70's. Lived in Edmonton for all 5 cups.
Needless to say – I love hockey and right now the Canucks organization is doing
a stellar job at creating a well oiled machine on the ice. (sorry Edmonton).
I am sure with Rutherford at the helm the coming out party has just begun.
4 to 3
To me, Zadorov looked shaky and a little disoriented. No doubt once he figures out the system and his teammates, he will be a presence. Zadorov got a lucky goal on a low percentage play that could have easily backfired with an icing call. If I weee Tocchet, I’d pull him aside and make that very point
It was Pete's goal
