i can see the coyotes being the team that is a huge nightmare to other teams in the playoffs. kind of like florida last year.
Caps have half a year to get ready for the season, what the frick they do all this time?. All team lacking at goal scoring. Ovechkin get 40 goals last season, seems like now he barely will pass 10. Haters will say Caps are old, but they are not the oldest team in the league. This is another game with no goal, I guess the new head coach without NHL experience wasn't such a good idea after all.. The craziest thing right now is that Washington's powerplay is even worse than Pittsburgh's. Someone should make a deep-dive into how both those teams are losing games because they can't close down games with man advantage. Super happy to finally see Yotes doing well though, let's go!

Washington Capitals become the Washington Generals
As a caps fan…. It was the worst game I've seen them play in a long time. They looked unmotivated, uninspired and lethargic. I get it was a long away spell… And a lot of tough games. But fair play to arizona they've played great hockey and look like a solid team. Beating 5 consecutive Stanley cup champions is no easy feat. And they did it well. Kuzy being a healthy scratch for us might finally indicate he's on his way out. And I think we need to start Lindgren more. Besides the fact he let in 3. The first 2 absolutely unsavable. Meanwhile we start Darcy and he is a sieve. Dont know if having a kid is affecting him a little. But he's been playing miserably recently. Hopefully we can get back into the swing of things soon cause that was an awful watch. Could easily have been a double digit score.

Funny how nobody in Cap land is mentioning OV. He and they must really be missing the best Cap player in the team history…who incidentally is not nor ever was ov….Nick Backstrom! How else can anyone get so many goals with the huge majority of them standing in one spot!

I think that is what made your channel click with people in the first place and what makes Hockey Psychology on YT to have exceeded you in viewership (even though you clearly created the template for the rest of NHL channels). one night the caps look like the best team in the league, the next they look like they're the worst – I really don't know how you almost have both a ten game winning and 10 game losing streak in the same season
the 6th goal was embarrassing to the caps. 2 guys who can barely get past 25 points a season on a 2-0 making it look like the caps were crap. i also think that this game and the Vegas game for the caps was apparent for the all-around effort the team doesn't give each game. watching this game, i think that the caps need to do some re-evaluating and start benching their top players and start putting players like McMichael or Fehervary on the ice because of the effort they give opposed to the rest of the team. the yotes have a disadvantage in skill, but continued to dominate because they have been simply outworking their opponents. even if their opponents are #1 in the league or #32. i hope the yotes continue their stretch of dominance and proving that their franchise is NOT a dumpster fire and putting doubters in their place.
