🙁 genuinely dont understand why the team just refuses to try until its already too late
#Looks like .8965 is on the menu boys and girls 😑
Well Atleast we went down swinging tonight. Definitely looked way better than last game. Gru held us in it during the third
Play like that minus the first period.
Another winnable game, and one that they have to win if they want to make the playoffs, lost because they cannot give a 60 minute effort.
The kraken were so bad in their defensive zone with the turnovers in that first period I thought I was watching the Sharks.
Grubauer played well tonight and had nearly no chance to save all 3 goals because of turnovers and bad defense.
IDK what the solution is, or if there is one. But something needs to change ASAP if they want to make the playoffs.
Gru and Daccord have looked solid this Canada trip. Wish they could have won one of these games.
Team started playing better once I started watching, I missed the first and most of the second. My bad, I’ll watch the full game next game.
In all reality, they were just a better hockey team tonight. Tough, move onto the next one.
Every game we stray further from Lord Stanley’s light.
Hypothesis: The University of Washington factors into the distribution of the Seattle Sports Luck, & the rule that only one Seattle Sports Team is allowed to be winning at one time, or at least they started being factors this CFB season.
What a third by Gru just couldn’t get it done!

This team stinks.
See you at CPA for 6 games in 11 days starting Thursday!
We’re definitely streaking alright. Just not in the way we want.
Seattle has gone 0-4-1 in its last 5 games. Averaging 1.6 goals per game and surrendering 3.8 goals per game. We just had a stretch of 5 periods of hockey without scoring a goal. Love this team but woof. The way things have been as of late, we may be the worst team in the league. The Sharks have looked way better than us. The Sharks. Wrap your head around that.
Yeah I know there’s another half of the season but man this teams gotta turn it around.
Just saying:
-Last year, all 4 lines were scoring lines.
-We then got rid of the Line 4 and reduced the scoring power significantly due to cap reasons.
-Now we consistently struggle to score 4 goals, which would have been enough to win most games so far.
That is not to blame Line 4, they are doing what they are supposed to – but they are just not bailing out our expensive underperformers like last year’s line did. I am looking forward to some contracts ending and that we hopefully either replenish the team with new Sprongs or invest in top line scorer who still has good goals/$ ratio.
What a road trip of misery that was.
So out of the 4 opponents that we played on this trip, only 1 was in a playoff spot and above the .500 mark. We failed to pick up a single point from the other 3.
This does not bode well for our playoff hopes, especially if this team keeps failing to play good hockey for a full 60 minutes.
This team is a mess and it’s not just because of injuries. The effort and consistency we saw last year just isn’t there.
I just want a W.
This regression is really interesting. Don’t think anyone really expected another 100 point season but this team sucks. Should be sellers at the deadline and get the kids some reps.
Alright alright, next game is at a ‘reasonable’ time, I’ll be able to watch. This will for sure end our losing streak, right?
