Nah, Barrie held us back and there is a reason why other teams are moving on from him. His defensive liability is just too much. We already have better offensive defenseman and if anything are suffering more in our d zone.

There was some comment on r/nhl a month or two ago. Something like “you want a Tyson Barrie on your team but you don’t want more than one Tyson Barrie on your team”.

I hope he never returns here. He wasn’t a defenseman, he was a line 3 forward that “played” on defense. So many goals scored against because he was trying to play forward

He would be depth for us and could play on Eagles, but I don’t want to insult him with that. Thanks for the memories, but I think we are at the end of a career.
