You could just feel it coming in the final minute. Devils turned up the heat and the defence panicked.

Scratch Myers. Scratch Kuzmenko. Scratch Pettersson. When’s the last time Petey took a shot ? I honestly can’t remember

Bratt was Joshua’s man and he fucked up by leaving him open instead of going to the far post to cover Bratt. It was a terrible defensive read by Joshua to stop covering Bratt after he went behind the goal line and staying at the top of the crease.

Outside of that, it’s the same old stuff. Tired of seeing Myers, Cole is overplayed, our backend needs Soucy back. Petey isn’t playing at the superstar level we expect him to. Blueger has not made the Suter injury any less painful.

Good news is Petey made the Swedish WJC team. Bad news, he won’t be able to play for us until next year.

Woah boy, waking up from an insane PDO bender is ***ROUGH***!

Last night looked like the freefall Boudreau games

Zero structure. 3 2on1s in the first few minutes. Multiple cross crease tap in goals by blown coverages. It’s looked very concerning for weeks now even in games we win.

They did well for a month but it’s 3 coaches now the structure has unraveled. Are our players just..kind of dumb? Or slow? No one can blame anyone but the players on the ice at this point.

Vancouver, where struggling opposing goaltenders go to thrive. Also where defense goes to die a horrible fiery death.

    Tire fire hockey last night.

Still, if you told me at the end of preseason that by the first week of December the Canucks would be:

    -Third in the Pacific

-10 pts ahead of the flames

-14 pts ahead of the Oilers

I would’ve split my sides laughing at you.

Boys need to commit to the system, believe in Tocchets plan. Myers is exhausting to watch, I really hope Zaddy can help get his minutes down until we can add above him.

Team just coasted after tying up the game in butt-clenching fashion, like they suddenly forgot how to play hockey.

Unacceptable performance in the last two minutes. Icing three times in a row???? Are you kidding me? This isn’t TG hockey anymore, you donuts.

The people who were blaming Demko last night should be banned from posting ever again. The defence was absolutely atrocious and it could have been 6 or 7-2 at the end of the 1st.

Quinn has to be better in these games if he wants to be remembered as a good captain. You never saw Henrik losing games to his little brother.

I woke up today and the first thing I remembered is that we lost in regulation after tying it by scoring 3 goals in the third.

    I’m so hurt.

Tough to blame one player in a team game but Myers needs to go. Dude is actively hurting this team and it’s not a surprise they’ve struggled since his play started dropping off in the past couple of weeks
