I’ve been supportive of Donnie for a while but he’s gotta go. This team has too much talent to be struggling like this.
Listen to Granato talk. When asked what "you" can do ….he says "you can…" "you can….". No Don what can YOU do. Keep it on the "I". I can do this I can do that. Because what "you" can do isn't working.
Simply asked Don how does your team not show up night after night and come out not ready to play whether you're at home or on the road. The game before you've learned nothing can come out and do it again the next game same story do it again. And when you fall just short as you mentioned by a point we're going to look back at this stretch of games that you threw away by simply not being ready to play night after night after night after night these are the points that are keeping you out of the playoffs you goddamn idiot right now it's not an 82-game season it's a 56 season because you're squandering games. He’s always looking for consistency. Well, they are consistently lousy. They constantly start out giving up a few goals and have to play from behind. They consistently ‘come close’ in the 3rd period. And they consistency loose.
How can you give up an empty netter when yo have a 6 on 4 advantage?
Granato is always high on Dahlin (‘Dulls’). He’s a ‘high scoring defenseman’. That’s great….but he’s also -10. Why isn’t he being held accountable for his lousy defensive play?
There’s so much bad going on with this team (and I use the term ‘team’ very loosely).
Unfortunately there’s no incentive for improvement as long as the $$$’s keep rolling into Terry’s bank account.

Isn't this what he said last year when they slumped their way out of the play race. They only started playing better when the pressure was off because they couldn't make the playoffs. So once they are out of the playoff picture and they basically are now that's when they will play better. What a soft bunch of players and really soft coach. He refuses to call anyone out. Granato just makes more excuses. Watch the beating they take from the bruins. Granato will say that's an experienced team over there. More excuses and more losing on the horizon. Stick a fork in them. They are done already.
It's not rocket science – cherry pick an assistant gm and a well respected assistant coach from a consistent contender like boston or Vegas or Tampa- this gm isn't getting enough blame – going into the season with the same goalies and adding only two useless defenseman – the worst part of being a fan is watching a team that has no hope
