I’ve never played hockey and I’m a fairly recent fan, can somone enlighten me? In that first play in the video it seems like Slaf is trying to pass the whole time, isn’t that too telegraphed and easy to read? Shouldn’t he be threatening a shot, too?

I think I might be able to become used to watching these two kids have fun like that, but in 150 or so games. As in I would need to see that same clean slick passing and scoring a few hundred times, for real.
